The collar is made of eight panels of soft white batiste featuring pink bullion roses and delicate teal stems. Each panel is framed with .5 inch dotted lace.The generous ruffle of 1.25" white lace with a floral pattern finishes the collar and sleeves with a frothy flair!
The puff sleeves are pure sweetness with flowing satin ribbons.
