About once a year, clean your pewter with a good pewter wash. Rub on with a soft, wet cloth, rinse and dry thoroughtly. Then apply cornstarch with a soft cloth or towel and your pewter will look like new.
Fine steel wool or Scotchbrite may be used to remove stains or scratches on the brushed finish.
