HEIRLOOMS TO BE
Special occasion clothing, hand painted and fine furniture, traditional keepsakes, and timeless toys to be enjoyed now and to become tangible reminders of individual and family history.

Our Mission

Heirlooms To Be is an online children’s boutique specializing in high quality clothing, furniture, keepsakes, and toys.

We are committed to mothers, grandmothers, aunts, other relatives and friends who want to find beautiful, sentimental gifts for infants and children. We believe that these items have the potential to become family heirlooms, personal possessions of enduring value for the present and future generations.

Who We Are

Joyce LinderI, Joyce Linder, am the mother of four wonderful children, a retired English teacher, and grandmother of five precious grandchildren. Heirlooms To Be was born out of my love of children, my appreciation of family history, and my search for heirloom quality gifts for my own grandchildren.

In 2007, my daughter, Susan Kopp, joined me in this venture. Susan has a background in the
Susan Kopp
bridal industry where she learned a great deal about fine clothing and designers. Now the mother of a beautiful baby girl, she is highly motivated to find classic special occasion clothing for children.

Susan and I are surrounded by an excellent team of professionals who are helping us develop this business. Also, we are extremely fortunate to have supportive husbands and an extended family of very capable people who are advising us in many practical ways.

Our Merchandise

Browse through our store and you’ll find excellent products from small businesses and talented artisans who take great pride in their products. When Susan and I visit wholesale markets, we have the privilege of meeting many of the owners of these businesses. We are very impressed with their commitment to excellence, and we are proud to offer their products to you.

In Clothing, we have a very good selection of special occasion clothes in sizes Newborn to 6x. These classic styles from 12 different designers always look good on infants and young children. We have put outfits together for you, to make shopping simpler. When you need a dress, suit, or outfit that is a little more special than play clothes, Heirlooms To Be is the place to find it.

In Furniture, Keepsakes, and Toys, we offer items that children of every generation need and enjoy. We will continue to add more fine products as we find them.

We have selected items that parents tend to save, because they are symbolic of  moments and milestones in the lives of their children. Parents are sentimental about christening gowns, portrait clothing, engraved cups, cradles, rocking chairs, and many other lovely furnishings that their babies and small children actually used. Families save these objects, touch them, and remember people and events.

How can we help you?

We want to hear from you!

Baby showers, births, birthdays, holidays and other momentous occasions need to be marked with a gift. We specialize in finding those hard-to-find gifts for infants and children… sentimental things, lovely things that will become tangible reminders of people and their stories.

We would like to hear your stories. Tell us about the heirlooms in your family. What did your mother save?

If you are looking for certain heirloom-quality items that are traditional gifts for children, please contact us. We are searching continually for new products and look forward to the opportunity to assist you.
